The increase in the number of cities and the excessive growth of land and housing prices in the last three decades has caused a significant increase in the demand for construction in large cities in the form of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. On the other hand, due to the lack of sufficient will in the responsible institutions and the predominance of the income-generating view of this category among those in charge, the urban construction processes have not been updated in a balanced and synchronous manner with this development, and most of the urban constructions are still based on traditional processes. And it is done by people who lack professional competence and often look for profit.

These factors have led to the low quality of urban constructions and the neglect of safety in construction workshops, and as a result, in recent years, the number of accidents caused by the low quality of construction and the general safety of workshops has increased, which has caused heavy costs to the country. And the people have imposed. In this research, firstly, the main causes and factors of the low level of safety in construction workshops and the growth of workshop accidents are analyzed, and then operational solutions aimed at improving the safety of construction workshops by improving the urban construction process and other related trends are presented.
